The AUTHORITY may modify the Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms. Materials used and displayed on this site, including but not limited to text, photographs and logos are the property of the Authority and protected by copyright and trademark laws or the AUTHORITY has been granted by third parties the use of such materials. The products, technology and/or processes described in the Site may be the subject of intellectual property rights reserved by AUTHORITY or other third parties. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold the AUTHORITY, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the AUTHORITY with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and the AUTHORITY with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
Waiver
No delay or omission by the AUTHORITY to exercise any right occurring upon any non-compliance on your part with respect to any of the terms of this agreement shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof. Any waiver by the AUTHORITY of any of the covenants, conditions or agreements to be performed by you shall not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach thereof or of any covenant, condition or agreement herein contained.
Trademark Information
The AUTHORITY logos and illustrations are the protected marks of the Calgary Airport Authority. The AUTHORITY marks and other designated product and feature names and illustrations are protected marks of Calgary Airport Authority and may be used publicly only with prior permission from the AUTHORITY. Fair use of the AUTHORITY marks in advertising and promotion of the AUTHORITY products and services requires proper acknowledgment.

How Information is Collected and Used The AUTHORITY collects personal information that is voluntarily provided by you when using certain portions of this website; such as 'contact us'. This information is collected for the purpose in which it was given; respond to your inquiry. Newsletter The personal information collected on this website for the purpose of registering individuals as subscribers to the Calgary Airport Authority's newsletters shall be collected and used for the purpose of distributing newsletters only. The personal information collected and used on this website will be protected by the Calgary Airport Authority and shall be used for no other purposes except for the purpose stated above.

The AUTHORITY uses per-session cookies. Per-session cookies track your usage on our website during the current visit only and are deleted once you exit the site. Storage of and Access to Personal Information Personal information submitted through 'contact us' is retained for the period of time it takes to respond to you. Upon request, the Authority will provide you with access to any personal information it has collected through its website. Requests for access to personal information should be sent via email through the 'contact us' portion of the website. Personal information will be updated or deleted at your request.
