Information desks
Welcome to YYC Calgary International Airport! To help you get around the airport and the city alike, we have four Information desks located throughout the terminals. These offer several convenient services for our guests.
Locations, hours and services
- Domestic Arrivals level near Door 9 (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.): this Information desk offers the Lost and Found, coat and luggage storage and paging services.
- International Arrivals, near Door 15 Departure Hall D, and Departure Hall E (24/7): these self-serve centres have a courtesy phone.

Customer Care Ambassadors
At the Domestic Information desk and around the airport, you’ll see our Customer Care Ambassadors. These helpful locals can give tourism information for the region, and recommendations for nearby attractions. Parks Canada Discovery Passes are also available for purchase at our Domestic Information desk located on the arrivals level near Door 9, so pick one up if you’re exploring the Banff or Jasper national parks.
Storing coats and luggage
Want to go explore the city without carrying around your luggage or coat? We can conveniently store your items at the airport, between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.. This service is located at the Information desk on the Arrivals level near Door 9.
Canadian federal regulations govern your use of this service:
- Coats and luggage may be stored by passengers who are travelling and have a valid boarding pass or other travel documents confirming their travel. Airport staff who have a RAIC may also store luggage and coats.
- Keys may be stored at the Information desk by anyone. Identification is necessary, but travel documents are not required.
- All bags are subject to search
The Calgary Airport Authority reserves the right to refuse storage.
Payments must be made in person at the Information desk, using a debit or credit card. Per 24-hour period, prices (including GST) are:
