You agree to indemnify and hold the AUTHORITY, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable solicitor’s fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the AUTHORITY with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and the AUTHORITY with respect to the Site. No delay or omission by the AUTHORITY to exercise any right occurring upon any non-compliance on your part with respect to any of the terms of this agreement shall impair any such right or power or be construed to be a waiver thereof. The AUTHORITY marks and other designated product and feature names and illustrations are protected marks of Calgary Airport Authority and may be used publicly only with prior permission from the AUTHORITY.
