At YYC, we log all submitted calls and emails in our database and consider each one seriously. For inquiries about specific aircraft operations, we follow up for further information or investigation.
There are three ways you can submit a concern or question:
We only use personal details for registering the question or concern details. We do not make them public nor use them for any other purpose. Concern numbers are reported quarterly to our Airport Community Consultative Committee (ACCC) and The Calgary Airport Authority’s Board of Directors.
