Looking to become an authorized pick-up / drop-off commercial vehicle? We work to keep our curb clear and ensure convenient and timely passenger loading or unloading at YYC Calgary International Airport. Register your commercial vehicle to pick-up in one of our 38 bus bays (first come, first served) based on flight time arrivals.

Options to become authorized at YYC

To perform authorized pick-ups at the airport, all commercial vehicles must adhere to either of the following two registration options:

Option 1: Licensed operators

Operators can purchase a transponder (gate opener, $50 each) that gives your vehicle continuous access into our Bus Staging/pick-up area. You will be invoiced monthly on all trip activity. If you do pick-ups and drop-offs more regularly, this is the more convenient option.

Option 2: Pay as you go

If your company rarely has pick-ups at YYC, you can pre-purchase a permit in the form of a 6-digit pin code from the Bus Dispatch Office upon arrival.
