Lost something at the airport? Lost items may make their way to our Lost and Found, located at the Information desk on the Arrivals level near Door 9.
In order to claim an item lost on or near airport property, you must provide:
- The approximate time and place the item was lost
- Identifying features of the lost item
- Proper identification
SCAM ALERT: We are aware of a
scam where some passengers are being asked to pay a non-refundable fee through
a third-party website for filing a Lost and Found item report at YYC. There is
no cost to submit a Lost and Found item report at YYC. However, there may be a
cost associated with shipping a lost item back to its owner.
We encourage guests to be vigilant for this fraudulent
activity and to seek a chargeback from their credit card company should this
occur.
If you lost property at YYC, including at a security checkpoint, please submit an online report here. Add as much descriptive information as possible to your report to better help us identify your item.
Reach the Lost and Found at (403) 735-1234, or by email at yyclostandfound@yyc.com.
