LAND AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 
The Calgary Airport Authority provides land lease development opportunities to developers and business owner operators at both the Calgary International Airport and the Springbank Airport. In addition, we manage all non-terminal tenants. We currently have over 150 million square feet of land under lease, and our 20 year plan envisions future development of adding another 800 to 900 acres to The City of Calgary’s industrial land base.
